Putting the Garden to Bed – What’s Needed, What’s Not
Thursday, September 26, 2024; 2 – 3 pm
In-Person; Library Community Room
Winter is coming; a time to relax with garden catalogs and plan for next year. What’s needed in your garden NOW to prepare for the quiet months? How best to be ready for next year’s growing season? And, does the garden ever really “shut down”? We’ll discuss best management practices to keep the garden healthy and improve the soil for next season. We’ll also look at extending your garden season through the fall and into the winter.
