Join us for a baking demo with Kat Cermelj, author of The Elements of Baking! She’ll be doing a demo of her Gluten Free Sandwich Bread. There’s lots to talk about when it comes to handling the dough, shaping the bread and baking it, and audience questions will be encouraged.
